What is an NFT?
A non-fungible token (NFT) is a unit of data stored on a blockchain, that certifies a digital asset to be unique and therefore not interchangeable, as well as verifying ownership.
NFTs are digital only and exist by record of ownership records maintained on the blockchain network it resides on, such as Ethereum or Polygon. It is not guaranteed that "ITEM Manager Account" can transfer title or rights of any crypto assets.
What is the ITEM Manager?
The ITEM Manager is a service that enables you to convert game items to NFT to be kept or archived, this process also allows the item to be used in other games or traded on the PlayDapp Marketplace.
How do you move items to the ITEM Manager service?
In a game that supports the ITEM Manager service, click ITEM Manager – Export. This will import the item into the ITEM Manager.
How do you use items in the ITEM Manager?
Within a game that supports the ITEM Manager service, you can click ITEM Manager – Import to import certain items from the ITEM Manager into the game for use.
How do you register for the service?
You can register for the service by connecting your Portis wallet.
How can you check the usage history?
You can check usage history in: ITEM Manager Home – Activity or by clicking "Activity & Reward" in the sidebar menu.
How can you check the list of NFTs you own?
You can check owned NFT via: ITEM Manager – My NFT. Or by clicking "My NFT" in the sidebar menu.
How long can it take to get PLA?
PLA is sent on a secondary transaction. In normal conditions it can take 20-30 minuets to receive.
In extreme circumstances, when the network is congested it may take up to 24 -48hr to receive PLA claims. If a claim fails after that time. Submit a Customer Support ticket to have your PLA claim reset.
